Abstract
This study will evaluate the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics and
efficacy of elexacaftor (ELX)/tezacaftor (TEZ)/ivacaftor (IVA) triple combination therapy in
CF subjects 2 through 5 years of age.
