Objectives
• Understand roles and responsibilities of the coverage analysis determination, budget, and contract teams within the Office of Clinical and Community Trials (OCCT) and Office of Sponsored Programs (OSP).
• Identify when a study requires CA, budget development, and contract review using case scenarios.
• Understand and apply the above processes for new studies and amendments.
Description
This training will provide an overview of the process of requesting a coverage analysis (CA) determination, budget and contract review, led by the Office of Clinical and Community Trials (OCCT). Through case scenarios, you will learn how to identify studies needing this review and understand the roles and responsibilities within OCCT. This session will also provide valuable insights on research team expectations and how to navigate the process smoothly.
